1. No Returns
All purchases made through the Silver Cross India website are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged once the order has been delivered.
We do not accept returns due to a change of mind, incorrect product selection, personal preference, or any other reason unrelated to a product being damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Defective or has a manufacturing issue
- Different from the product you ordered

please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after delivery.
We may ask you to provide photographs, videos, order details, packaging information or other relevant information to help us assess the issue.
If the issue is verified, Silver Cross may, at its discretion and subject to the applicable warranty or consumer laws, provide an appropriate resolution such as a replacement, repair or refund.
3. Product Inspection
Customers are advised to inspect the product and its packaging carefully upon delivery. Any visible damage should be reported to us promptly with supporting photographs or videos.
Failure to report an issue within a reasonable period may affect our ability to investigate and resolve the matter.
4. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, the refund will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only where the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
